The application enables roadside tyre workshop owners, known as Wheel Xperts, to digitally register with CEAT, inspect vehicles, capture tyre-replacement opportunities and track leads throughout the sales journey. Key features include: * Secure mobile number and OTP-based login * Role-based access for Wheel Xperts, Team Leaders, Dealers and Admin users * Digital Wheel Xpert registration with shop details, GPS location and shop photograph * Vehicle and customer lead capture at the time of tyre inspection * Capture of tyre condition, vehicle photograph and customer interest * Lead categorisation as Hot, Warm or Cold * Real-time tracking of open and closed leads * Lead follow-up logs and customer contact information * Dealer allotment and lead management by Team Leaders * Tyre-sale recording with tyre serial number or tyre photographs * Invoice and sales-proof submission * Sale verification and approval by authorised Team Leaders * Reward points for eligible and approved CEAT tyre sales * Dashboard insights for leads, approvals, sales and reward points * Administrative management of Wheel Xperts, Team Leaders and Dealers * Support for 15 Indian languages for an accessible user experience Wheel Xperts can create leads immediately after inspecting a customer’s vehicle, follow their progress, record completed tyre sales and view the reward points earned from approved conversions. Team Leaders can monitor Wheel Xpert performance, prioritise hot leads, update lead information, allot leads to mapped Dealers and approve or reject submitted sales proofs. Dealers can access allotted leads, contact customers, record completed tyre sales and submit invoice details for approval. Administrators can approve Wheel Xpert registrations, manage users and Dealer mappings, configure the default Dealer and access business reports. CEAT Wheel Xpert provides a structured and transparent platform that connects tyre workshop owners with CEAT’s sales network, improves lead visibility and encourages genuine CEAT tyre-sale conversions.
