Why use CDI Care? Book visits online, receive reminder notifications before appointments. Manage mobile reports, you can download them and send them directly to your doctor. You are always up to date, receive notifications, communications and personalized information. How does CDI Care work? Access: download the app and log in with your credentials. If you are a new user you can register via the app. If you want to access all CDI services, request activation at our offices. Bookings: in the online booking section you can select available seat, doctor and type of visit, you can view active bookings and cancel. A few days after the visit you will receive notifications with the appointment reminder and the documentation to be presented. Reports: you can download the published reports within 45 days and send them to the attending physician. Request the publication of older reports. Invoices: download your invoices directly on the phone Information: inside the app you can read CDI news, service announcements and information on the locations.
