It references an observation only against records your organization has already logged, such as prior incidents and enrolled persons, and routes a similarity result to a trained reviewer. The person decides what it means and what happens next. The system holds the record. Your team holds the action. WHAT YOU CAN DO Work a clean review queue. Each item arrives with its available context. Dismiss, escalate, or confirm with a single tap. Nothing advances without a human. Review observations over time. Browse and search past items by status, from new to under review, confirmed, escalated, dismissed, or resolved, each with its own reference ID. Stay current in the field. Push notifications keep your team aware of new items as they arrive, with an offline mode for reviewing when connectivity drops. HOW REFERENCING WORKS CaseTrace references an observation only against your organization's own logged records. It does not identify the general public, and it does not search any outside or third-party database. Every result reflects only information your organization has already entered into its own incident records. BUILT FOR AUTHORIZED USE CaseTrace Edge is a professional tool for credentialed loss-prevention and asset-protection staff at participating locations. Access is provisioned per site by the operator.
