Store description excerpt

Your gear lives once. Build any carry from it. CarryKit is an offline catalogue for everyday carry — the things in your pockets, your work bag, your tech pouch. Most gear apps make you retype the same flashlight into every list. CarryKit doesn't: add a piece of gear one time, with photos and whatever details you care about, then build as many carries as you like from that one library. Edit the item once and every carry holding it updates. WHY THIS ISN'T A PACKING LIST Packing apps are trip-shaped: dates, a destination, a progress bar, and the list dies when you get home. Everyday carry isn't like that. A carry has no dates and never ends — it's what you have on you on an ordinary Tuesday. So there are no trips here. Just your gear, and the carries you build from it. BUILD YOUR CARRIES • A carry is whatever you actually carry: a pocket dump, an EDC loadout, a work bag, a tech pouch, a sling, a one-bag travel setup. • Put a pouch inside a bag. Put a smaller pouch inside that. The same pouch can sit in several bags at once, and its contents, weight and price roll up into each one. • Tag a carry Pocket, Pouch, Bag or Travel, give the tag a color, or write your own. Tags are optional — a carry can just be a carry. • Clone a carry to spin off a variation without rebuilding it item by item. YOUR GEAR, CATALOGUED • Up to 20 photos per item, with a crop tool built in. • Thirteen categories to start — bag, wallet, phone, keys, knife & tool, light, pen and notebook, watch, pouch, tech & power, health & hygiene, clothing, water & food — and you can add your own. • Optional weight, in grams, kilograms or pounds. • Optional price paid, in whatever currency you use. • Quantities, so three spare batteries are one entry and not three. • Totals that stay honest: when some items aren't weighed or priced yet, the total shows a "+" rather than pretending it's complete. COLLECTIONS, TOO A carry is just a named group of your things, so it works for anything you keep together, not only what's in your pockets today. A watch collection. A knife roll. A pen case. A camera kit. Each one its own group, each piece catalogued once with its photos, its weight and what you paid, then browsed whenever you feel like looking at it. • Tap any piece to look through every photo of it, one at a time. • Keep a collection as its own group, or nest it inside a case or a bag. • Lay a whole collection out as one image when you want to see it all together. • It never appraises, grades or values anything. It shows what you put in it. SHOW WHAT YOU CARRY • Share Image builds a square flat-lay out of your own photos — twelve designs, an automatic grid that adapts to however many items you picked, or a collage template you fill box by box. It's the kind of image a what's-in-my-bag post is made of. • Export a carry as a PDF: seven page designs, eighteen typefaces, four photo sizes, and switches for cover, description, weight and price. • Quick Checklist for going out the door, includi
