Carreira Start is a mobile application developed in Flutter/Dart as an academic project of the Sagrado Coração University Center (Unisagrado), under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Elvio Gilberto Silva. It is an educational tool that brings together, in a single application, practical guides, real-world examples, and indications of external resources to assist young people in their transition to the job market. Theme Covered: Guidance for entering the job market for young people aged 16 to 20. The application covers everything from building a first resume to preparing for interviews, developing interpersonal and technical skills, identifying platforms for free courses, and searching for professional opportunities suitable for the young profile (first job, internship, apprenticeship, and traineeship). Target Audience Young people between 16 and 20 years old who are starting their professional lives, including high school students, recent graduates, and young people seeking their first job. The content is accessible, objective, and adapted to the reality of young Brazilians. Objectives To democratize access to career guidance, offering a complete guide free of charge so that young people can confidently prepare for the challenges of the job market. It also seeks to reduce misinformation about selection processes and strengthen the behavioral and technical skills of users, contributing to youth employability. Technologies Used The application was developed with Flutter and Dart, modern technologies that allow the creation of responsive and fluid interfaces for Android devices. The build was performed with Android Gradle Plugin 8.11.1. The application does not depend on external servers, functioning completely offline for its main content. Other Relevant Details • Does not collect users' personal data, guaranteeing total privacy; • Works without an internet connection for the main content (only external links require connectivity); • Compatible with Android 7.0 or higher (approximately 98% of active Android devices); • Does not require registration or login – immediate access to content after installation; • Integrates recommendations from recognized platforms: CIEE, LinkedIn, Gupy, Coursera, SENAI, SENAC, Nube, InfoJobs, Vagas.com, Google Digital Atelier, among others; • App size: approximately 58 MB.
