(We Prioritize down equipment) - Describe the issue by typing it in or you can talk to text to inform us of the problem. - Take up to two good photos of the actual part, leak, dashboard code, etc. for us - Hit Send and the request is immediately with our team to take action. - With good photos of the issue our technicians can plan before coming to your site. - In 45 Seconds or less you can give our team what we need for a successful service call. - You will receive email confirmation of the service call you placed. Our Fleet Service and Fleet Management programs are designed to keep your forklifts and warehouse equipment up and running at the lowest cost per hour. This app is based on the Hive Quick Response Solution and will improve communication between us.
