They are not measurements of nutrient stores in your body. — FOOD AND BODY-SIGNAL DIARY — Log sleep, energy, digestion, mood, joints, focus, and meals in one timeline. Same-day or nearby entries are observations, not proof that one caused the other. — PROFILE-BASED TARGETS — Review nutrient reference targets calculated from the profile information you provide. They are educational estimates, not medical prescriptions. — ELECTROLYTE LOG — Record sodium, potassium, and magnesium alongside symptoms.
