How it works: Connect Apple Health and your real activity starts earning. Every week, the intensity minutes you log become points. Consistency is rewarded: keep a streak going and your weekly points multiply. Newer members are not left behind, because improving on your own recent baseline earns too. See where you stand. Leaderboards rank you by age group and by neighborhood, for this week, this month, and all time, so you are always racing people like you and people near you. Start a team or add friends by code and climb together. Built for Carlsbad. Browse a directory of local fitness spots and discover places to train near you. Invite a friend and you both earn a bonus when they get started. Your numbers, clearly.
