Stop wondering what a procedure will cost. CareVia surfaces real negotiated prices from publicly available hospital price-transparency files (CMS Hospital Price Transparency rule) — so you can compare what your insurance is contractually paying for the same procedure across different hospitals. KEY FEATURES • Map-first browsing Pan, zoom, search, and tap to see healthcare providers in your area on an interactive map. Markers are color-coded by category, show low-cost / price badges, and open detailed provider cards. • Filter by insurance Pick your insurer or specific plan, and the map shows only providers who are in-network. Search insurers and plan names directly in the app. • Real negotiated prices ($ badge) Hospitals with publicly disclosed negotiated rates are marked with a green $ badge. Open a provider to see sortable CPT-level rates, gross charges, cash prices, negotiated ranges, and payer-by-payer details. • Procedure cost lookup Search common procedures like MRIs, lab tests, vaccines, dental services, mental health visits, prescriptions, and surgeries to see public price ranges and Medicare-based reference pricing. • Low-cost & sliding-scale filters One-tap filters for low-cost providers, FQHCs, community health centers, free clinics, and providers offering sliding-scale fees based on income. • Drug information & recalls Search the FDA drug database for prescription and over-the-counter medications. View label information and active recall notices powered by openFDA. • Community reviews Read and post reviews from real users. Sign in with Google to leave star ratings and comments, and vote reviews helpful or not helpful. See ratings from both Google Maps and CareVia's own community. • Get directions One tap opens Google Maps with directions.
