CareReady is for independent NDIS support workers who run their own small business without a back office. It holds the whole job in one place: who you support, when you're working, what you wrote down, what you're owed, and whether your paperwork is current. WHAT IT DOES Bookings. Put your shifts in, check in and out on your phone, and the schedule fills itself in as you go. Invoicing. Complete your shifts and the invoice builds from them. Every line is checked against the NDIA's published price list for the day the support was actually delivered, not the day you got around to invoicing. If a line is over the price cap, or the item code was retired, you find out before you send it, not after it bounces. Travel. Kilometres are recorded as you drive, so you never type a number you had to guess. Progress notes. Write the note on the phone while it's fresh. Notes lock once they're finalised, which is what makes them worth something if anyone ever asks. Compliance. Your screening check, first aid, insurance and licences, with a reminder before one lapses rather than after. Documents. Consent forms, risk assessments, service agreements and medication records, filled in and signed on the phone. Money and tax. What you've earned, what you've been paid, what's still outstanding, and what to put aside. The family portal. The people who matter to your participant get their own view: what's coming up, what happened, and a way to message you. They see what you choose to share and nothing else. HAVE A LOOK BEFORE YOU SIGN UP Open the app and the whole product is there on example data, with no account and no card. Tap through the bookings, build an invoice, open the family view. When you're ready, sign up and it's your own work in the same screens. WHAT IT COSTS CareReady is free to use while it is in early access. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and nothing to buy inside the app. WHAT CAREREADY IS NOT CareReady is not an NDIS provider. It is not registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, it is not endorsed or approved by the NDIA, and it does not deliver supports to anybody. You do. This is the software you run your own business with. CareReady does not give medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not calculate wages. YOUR RECORDS Your records are stored in Sydney and they do not leave the country. Each account can only reach its own data, enforced by the database itself rather than by the app asking nicely.
