CareMoss Carer is the app care workers use to run their visits. It is a tool for staff employed by UK home-care providers that use CareMoss — your employer creates your account, and there is no sign-up inside the app. YOUR DAY, IN ORDER Today's visits at a glance: who you are visiting, when, where, and what the visit needs. Open a visit for the care plan, access notes, key-safe details and next-of-kin contacts. The week ahead is always a tap away. CHECK IN THAT COUNTS Check in and out with GPS verification against the client's address, so attendance is evidenced rather than asserted. Your location is read only at the moment you check in or out — never in the background, and never when you sign in. Where a property has a CareMoss check-in code, you can scan it instead. If GPS cannot verify the visit, you can still record a manual check-in, clearly marked for your office. CARE RECORDING THAT FITS THE VISIT Tick off the tasks on the care plan. Record medication on the eMAR with clear outcomes and reasons. Write visit notes and choose whether the family can see them. Log observations and vital signs with sensible clinical ranges, mark skin and wound sites on a body map, attach a photo, and report an incident with an office reference straight away. BUILT FOR HOMES WITH NO SIGNAL Care does not wait for a bar of 4G. Everything you record works offline and syncs the moment the connection returns. Nothing is silently lost: if something cannot sync, the app tells you and lets you retry. STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE OFFICE Message your office and flag a message as urgent when it matters. Alerts take you straight to the visit they concern. Report a fault at a property without a phone call. YOUR OWN RECORD Create and submit timesheets with your contact hours, travel and mileage. Request time off. See your training and compliance record and ask for a renewal when a certificate is running out. MADE TO BE USED ON A SHIFT Large targets and clear type for a phone held in one hand. Follows your light or dark appearance setting. Works with VoiceOver and Dynamic Type. Optional Face ID or Touch ID to unlock your saved session. PRIVACY No adverts. No analytics or social SDKs. No third-party trackers, and nothing is used to track you across apps. CareMoss talks to its own servers and nothing else. Data is encrypted in transit and stored on servers in the European Union. Your employer is the data controller for the care records; CareMoss is the processor. WHAT YOU NEED An account created by a care provider that uses CareMoss. Without one you will not get past the sign-in screen. If you receive care, or you are a family member following a relative's care, this is not the app for you — ask the provider about the CareMoss family portal.
