Built for authorized CareFlow users, the app helps care teams stay informed, communicate, and work efficiently from anywhere. IMPORTANT: CareFlow is for authorized staff only. You need a valid CareFlow account provided by your organization. This app is not a public patient portal. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Home — See a personalized dashboard with quick access to key tools and unread alerts • Chat — Message teammates in direct conversations and team channels, with support for attachments • Announcements — Read organization news and schedule updates • Notifications — Get push alerts for important activity, including chat and mentions • Phone Directory — Find office and staff contacts, extensions, and location details • Goals — Track team and personal performance targets • ECW Productivity — View ECW productivity metrics and progress • Settings — Manage your profile, push notification preferences, and account security FOR ADMINISTRATORS • Team management — Manage users, roles, and membership • Access control — Review permissions • Support email routing — Configure ticket notification recipients • Audit logs — Review admin action history SECURITY & ACCESS CareFlow uses secure sign-in with multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to authorized users within your organization. Data is transmitted securely and synced with your CareFlow workspace.
