Cardslot is an independent app, not affiliated with Nintendo. The day we counted, 3 206 Switch and Switch 2 games were on sale on the European eShop, and 3 583 on the American one. Cardslot opens on the ones worth buying — ranked, free, first screen — and tells you exactly when each sale ends. >> THE LIST, WITHOUT THE LANDFILL • Every current sale on the Nintendo eShop, Switch and Switch 2, from the store you choose: the European one, about 18 775 games in euros, or the American one, about 20 000 in dollars • The deal score is free, and it is the first screen: it weighs each discount against what the game usually costs, and sets aside everything under 3 € or 3 $. −60 % off a 60 € game and −60 % off a 2 € game are the same number, not the same news. • All five sorts are free: deal score, biggest discount, lowest price, ending soonest, amount saved • Free filters: platform, and minimum discount • Fourteen storefronts: ten European, plus the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. "View on the eShop" opens yours. Five bill in a money their catalogue does not quote, and the app marks them. • Editions handled properly: you see the price of the one you are looking at, and the sheet lists the others, add-ons and upgrade packs included • The full version adds the filters that cut deeper: price before and after the discount, genre, publisher, language, players, age rating >> THE COUNTDOWN IS THE POINT • Every sale shows its real end date and time: "ends tonight 23:59", "ends in 6 days" • An "ending tonight" page, because there is something ending tonight every day of the year • The wave of the next fifteen days: when the sale endings pile up, and when it goes quiet • No invented urgency, no fake countdown, no "12 people are looking at this game". No end date, no countdown. >> PRICE HISTORY, SO THAT −70 % MEANS SOMETHING • The price history of a game, with the date it starts: six recorded points are shown as six points, never as a decade of data we do not have • The lowest price seen in the last 30 days, right next to the discount being advertised • A "never been cheaper" verdict, and the date of the previous sale • Buy now, or wait — the question the free score leaves open. First of the three things the full version adds >> ONE GAME WATCHED, FREE • Follow a game, get a notification the day its price drops. No target price to guess: any discount triggers the alert • A second alert the day before a sale on a game you follow ends • The first watched game is free, with exactly the same alerts as the paid ones. The full version removes the limit. • At most one notification a day, between 9:00 and 21:00. We never send you "nothing happened this week". >> WHAT IT COSTS, AND WHAT IT DOES NOT • The deal list is free, in full and ranked by score on first launch. Search across the whole catalogue is free, and so are the five sorts. That is not a trial. • No ads. Not one, anywhere, ever. • No account, no sign-up, no email, no password.
