No sensor is required to get started. During a session A coherence score (0 to 100) updates live. INHALE / EXHALE cues guide your breathing. Choose your profile: • Relaxing — inhale 4 s · exhale 6 s • Balanced — inhale 5 s · exhale 5 s • Dynamic — inhale 6 s · exhale 4 s Track your progress History over 7, 30, or 90 days: scores, durations, and zone breakdown.
