KUMOYUKI rates the weather at 1,600+ campsites across Japan per overnight stay, from check-in to pack-up the next morning, so you can decide in 30 seconds whether to go, go prepared, or cancel. Free, no account. A NIGHT, NOT A DAY One camping night spans two calendar days. KUMOYUKI builds the forecast for the stay window (for example Sat 13:00 to Sun 11:00) and gives it a 5-level score. Gusts, lightning and heavy rain cap the score so they are never averaged away. SETUP, CAMPFIRE, SLEEP, PACK-UP - Setup (13-16h): can you pitch dry? - Campfire (16-21h): will gusts exceed 5 m/s? - Sleep (21-6h): how cold it gets (elevation-corrected), night gusts, lightning - Pack-up (7-11h): wet tear-down and condensation risk A stargazing bonus index is shown too. FIND THE DRY GAP The stay timeline suggests time shifts such as "setup after 15:00 stays dry" or "pack up before 9:00 to avoid rain". HIGHLAND COLD, CORRECTED Many campsites sit at altitude, where town forecasts miss the night chill. Every forecast is corrected to the campsite's elevation, giving a realistic overnight low for choosing your sleeping bag. MAP AND ADVICE Campsites appear as color-coded pins on a nationwide map (score, night temperature and campfire-wind layers). The advice tab answers "can I have a campfire?", "how cold tonight?" and "will pack-up be wet?" in plain language. PRIVACY No ads, no account, no location tracking. Usage statistics can be turned off in Settings. NOTE Ratings are estimates from weather models and may differ from actual conditions.
