Access documents related to the Chamber's legislative processes, consisting of: • Consult Municipal Legislation by word, theme/classification, number, period of dates and validity status; • Consultation of Proposals by word, number, period of presentation and status of the document. • Displays the complete processing of a given proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of processing, sending date, response deadline, response date, processing result, links to documents linked to the processing, as well as complement/ comments; • Consultation of session documents (Agenda and Minutes of the Agenda), showing the following information: session number, type of session, date and time of the meeting and observations, text thereof, and procedure. • With direct link to the documents and files that make up it. • Consult the Attendance of Councillors, with presences, absences, justified absences, and leaves, displaying the date/time, number and type of session. • Voting Consultation displaying the matters voted on, type of vote, phase, quorum and result of the vote, totaling the votes in favor, against, absent, abstention and the nominal vote of each councilor. • Consult the list of Councilors in office, displaying their name, party, email, telephone number, links to proposals presented, attendance at sessions and roll-call votes; • Also access other document formats, if available, such as pdf, html, docx and doc. • Consult using the search and "Recent" screen. Do the search without filling in any of the fields (bringing the most recent results) or fill in the fields you want. • Choose between Simple, Textual and Advanced Search. • Use Textual Search to search the text available in the document subject or its composition, using double quotes and/or connectors for a more comprehensive search. See some examples: - slap + hole (which contains both the words "slap" and "hole"); - amendment - partial (which contains "amendment" and does not contain "partial"); - "water tank" or "water tank" (containing one of two expressions); - do not weigh (that does not contain the expression); - "altera and (devices or rural)" (containing the term "altera" and one of the two words "devices" or "rural"); • Use Advanced Search to search for the details that make up the document or "object" to be searched in question. You can also search by period in which it was made (only available for some searches).
