CallWrap helps film crew turn call sheets and timesheets into logged work days, earnings, and invoice-ready PDFs. Import a PDF, screenshot, photo, or camera scan, then confirm the details before anything is saved. Track call times, wrap times, overtime, vehicle, mileage, per diem, public-holiday rates, sixth/seventh-day multipliers, and broken turnaround. When the week is done, generate a clean invoice and share the PDF. Designed around South African film crew workflows, with editable rates, PAYE, VAT, banking details, weekly vehicle allowances, and production contacts. Key features: - Import single-day call sheets or multi-day timesheets from PDF, images, Photos, camera scan, Mail, WhatsApp, or Files. - Review detected timesheet rows, then create editable days and an editable draft invoice in one step. - Bulk-edit selected imported days while leaving unticked fields unchanged. - Review detected document fields and choose what goes into Jobs, Days, or Day Notes. - Log call and wrap times with overtime calculations. - See an active shift, elapsed time, and estimated earnings on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. - Track weekly earnings by job and period. - Generate weekly invoices as PDFs. - Keep job contacts, billing details, rates, and invoice history organized. - Save a production preset for day type, vehicle usage, distance, and per diem. - Keep data in sync across your devices with your private iCloud account. - Lock the app with Face ID and export or restore a CallWrap backup. - Works without an account. Your production and invoice data stays on your device and in your private iCloud account. CallWrap has no account system, advertising, or tracking. CallWrap Pro subscriptions: eligible new subscribers can choose a one-month free trial. After the trial, the monthly plan renews at R79.99 per month and the yearly plan renews at R599.99 per year.
