CalcMot is an accessibility support app for ride-hailing drivers who need help quickly reading, comparing, and interpreting ride offers displayed for only a few seconds. During an offer, the driver needs to analyze several pieces of information simultaneously, such as price, time, distance, and earnings ratio. For people with low vision, difficulty reading quickly, attention deficit, cognitive overload, or difficulty comparing numbers in a limited time, this decision can become an accessibility barrier. CalcMot uses accessibility permissions to identify visible information from compatible offers, such as price, time, and distance, and reorganize this data into a simpler and more accessible presentation. The app shows indicators such as R$/km, R$/h, and a visual rating of the offer: Good, Average, or Bad. The goal is to reduce the visual and cognitive load of the decision, helping the driver understand the offer more clearly before it disappears. CalcMot does not touch the screen, accept rides, reject rides, send messages, change device settings, or control other applications. The decision always rests with the driver. Outside of compatible driver apps, CalcMot remains on standby. In some compatible apps, when offer information is not readily available, CalcMot can use local visual reading on the device itself to identify price, time, and distance. This reading is processed on the device. Images are not saved or sent to servers.
