CabinCue is the working app for corporate and private-aviation flight crews — pilots and cabin crew alike. CabinCue requires a subscription — Essentials or Pro — and every plan begins with a 7-day free trial, so nothing is charged to start. AIRCRAFT-AWARE CHECKLISTS (subscription) Cabin and galley starter checklists that speak your aircraft's language — Gulfstream GCMS, Bombardier CMS, Falcon, Textron, and Embraer terminology built in. Rename, reorder, add, and delete everything; your setup is yours. STOCKING THAT MATCHES YOUR GALLEY (subscription) Per-aircraft-type templates, customized per tail. Pars, counts, brands, and sizes on every item. Scan a barcode and the product database fills in the name, brand, size, and photo — your device remembers products it has seen, so repeat scans work offline. Export a formatted PDF status report. Crews on the same aircraft can share a tail's stocking (Pro subscription required) — everyone updates counts, the newest edit wins. TRIPS WITHOUT RETYPING (subscription) Paste the trip email — legs, times, pax counts, and FBOs are detected on your device. Passenger names never import, only counts. Or connect your scheduling software's calendar feed once and import upcoming trips, tail and trip number included. Add legs manually when there's no email. The route map, per-stop weather from Apple Weather, and local culture notes fill in automatically, backed by a complete offline database of 17,500+ airports. EXPENSES, DONE PROPERLY (subscription) One report per trip, 21 currencies, one-tap suggestions for the receipts crews actually file, receipt photos and PDFs attached to every expense, and a clean PDF export — receipts included — that you can name and date. CREW DOCUMENTS (subscription) Passport, medical, training, visas — photograph or attach PDFs, track base months with grace periods, push expiration reminders to your calendar (write-only access), and build a combined PDF of exactly the documents you select. THE BAR (subscription) Menus computed from your actual inventory: what's READY now, what's MISSING for everything else. Classic and zero-proof recipes with photos, coffee and tea service — plus your own recipes, private to your device, with the same READY/MISSING status. PASSENGER PRIVACY, TAKEN SERIOUSLY Preference profiles live behind Face ID as code names only — the app warns if an entry looks like a real name. Profiles are encrypted on device and can only be shared through iCloud sync. The crew vault (Pro subscription required) syncs profiles between the keyholders you invite, end-to-end encrypted through iCloud; remove a keyholder and access ends immediately, enforced by Apple's servers. THE LOUNGE (subscription) A professional community under pseudonymous handles: vetted checklists, drink recipes, meal templates, and a caterer directory covering the airports crews actually fly to.
