On most building jobs, everyone waits. The builder carries wages and materials for weeks while an invoice sits unread in a client's inbox. The tradesperson waits for the builder to be paid before they get paid themselves. Nobody is refusing to pay — the paperwork just isn't in front of anyone. Cabin closes that gap. CABIN PROJECTS Set the job value, split labour and materials, lay out the stages. Invite your client — they get a link by email, no app to download, no fee to them. Each stage is charged on schedule. When your client approves the release, the money moves that day with CIS already deducted. The final stage needs both of you. Cabin holds each stage between the charge and your client's approval. We don't release it early, and we don't release it without them. 2% of project value, taken stage by stage as the money moves. Drawing your earnings the same day instead of waiting for the standard schedule costs 1%. CIS, HANDLED PROPERLY Cabin Technologies Ltd is the contractor of record. We deduct at source on labour, generate the deduction statement, and keep the monthly record ready for filing. Materials are excluded, as they should be. No spreadsheets at the end of the month.
