This mobile app works only with the 17.2 or above release of CA Service Management. With CA Service Point mobile app, you can: . Use natural language to report an issue, anywhere anytime . Receive context-based suggestions . Manage tickets, including adding comments and modifying and closing tickets . Track ongoing activity . View, download and add attachments . Use the mobile device’s ‘Geolocation’ capability to provide you location when requesting a service. . Call your Service Desk with a single click via the auto dialer
