Built for people who sell things day to day — a stall, a salon, a small shop — and want to know where the money actually went. RECORD A SALE IN SECONDS Enter what you sold, how many and the price. BudgetWise works out the rest: give it a quantity and a unit price, and it fills in the total, or give it a total, and it works out the price each. Add the customer, an invoice reference and whether it was cash or bank when you need to, and skip them when you don't. It remembers what you sell. Start typing an item you have sold before, and the last price you charged comes back with it. WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Record sales in a market, a basement or anywhere the signal drops. Entries are saved on your phone straight away and uploaded on their own when you are back online — you will see how many are waiting. Nothing is lost if you close the app in between. YOUR CATEGORIES, NOT OURS Define your own categories once in Settings, and they are offered everywhere you record something. Rename one later and every past entry, budget and scheduled bill comes with it. BILLS AND INCOME YOU EXPECT Keep track of rent, stock, subscriptions and anything else that comes round every month, including the ones whose amount changes. Get a reminder before each is due, and mark it paid when it goes out. SEE WHERE IT WENT Reports for any period you choose — this week, this month, a single day, or a range you set. Look at sales and purchases together, spending by category, or your savings rate, then tap any figure to see the entries behind it. Share or export a report as a PDF or CSV whenever you need to send one on. There is also a spending calendar, a forecast of where the month is heading, budgets by category, and a full history of every change made to your data. IN THE CURRENCY YOU TRADE IN Record in whichever currency you were paid, and see totals converted to the one you think in. ON YOUR PHONE AND IN A BROWSER Everything syncs with the ExGear BudgetWise web app, so you can enter sales on the phone and do the month-end on a laptop. PRIVACY Your records are yours. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and this app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. We never connect to your bank and never see your bank details. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app. Dark and light themes, and it follows your phone's settings if you would rather not choose.
