Some days you know exactly what to do. Other days you have a vague, heavy something you have been avoiding for a week, and every planner app you own just gives you an empty box and a cursor. Buddy is the planner you talk to. Say what is on your mind, out loud, in whatever order it comes out. Buddy asks a couple of questions and turns it into a plan for today — broken into pieces that actually fit an afternoon. HOW IT WORKS 1. Type, dictate, or tap Talk. "I have a systems design interview Thursday and I have not started." "I have a spelling test and football practice." 2. Buddy talks it through with you and suggests a handful of tasks. 3. You decide what goes in. Nothing lands on your day until you say yes. Then your day is a plan: Morning, Afternoon and Evening, with times if you want them. Tap a task to finish it. IT ADAPTS TO WHOEVER OPENS IT Onboarding asks your first name and an age band (under 13, teen, or 18 or over), or you can skip the age. Buddy uses that to choose how it talks. If age is missing, it uses the careful ruleset. - Under 13: short sentences and a gentle tone - Students: assignments, revision, exam prep - Working: interview prep, certifications, side projects, deep-work blocks Same app. Not two products. Typed chat is free for 8 chats a day. What we do send: what you type, say, or attach to Buddy goes to OpenAI so it can reply.
