⚠️ bucuresti.help is an INDEPENDENT civic project. It does NOT represent and is NOT affiliated with the City Hall, the Government of Romania or any public institution. It is a tool created by citizens, for citizens. bucuresti.help transforms a simple photo into an official notification, sent directly to the responsible institution. No complicated forms, no need to look for who to contact. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take a picture of the problem (pothole, illegal parking, destroyed sidewalk, garbage, faulty lighting, etc.) 2. The AI ​​detects the problem and writes the complaint, with reference to the legal framework 3.
