Nineteen beginner practices drawn from long-standing traditions and modern nervous-system science. No account. No feed. Works offline. Tap Just breathe for a few minutes, or open a named practice such as Heart Coherence. The player keeps going if you lock the phone, and the lock screen shows the practice so you can pause without looking. Available in English and Español. Bruma is for general wellness and relaxation.
