BrokersEdge Tracking is the companion driver app for carriers and drivers working with brokers on the BrokersEdge TMS platform. Your dispatcher sets up your account -- there's no self-signup. WHAT YOU CAN DO - View all loads assigned to you, with pickup and delivery details, appointment times, and special instructions - One-tap navigation to pickup and delivery addresses using your preferred maps app - Call shipper and consignee contacts directly from the load - Share your live location with dispatch automatically while you have an active load -- no manual check-ins needed - Upload photos or PDFs of your own paperwork (BOL, POD, lumper receipts, etc.) straight to the load - Log check calls so dispatch always knows your status - Sign in securely with a PIN you set, or a one-time SMS code ABOUT LOCATION SHARING When you have an active load, BrokersEdge Tracking shares your GPS location with your dispatcher -- including while the app is in the background or your phone is locked -- so they can see your progress without needing to call you. Location sharing is tied to your active load only. You can stop sharing at any time from the app or by turning off location access in your device settings, and location is never collected outside of an active load assignment.
