Broc makes you earn your screen time. Pick the apps that pull you in and Broc keeps them locked until you have done the habit you said mattered today. Most app blockers have a snooze button. Broc does not. You get your apps back by doing the habit—not by tapping “5 more minutes.” HOW IT WORKS • Choose the apps to block. • Set your daily habits: read, train, study, or anything else. • When you open a blocked app, Broc shows your habits instead. • Finish them to earn your time back. TWO WAYS TO EARN IT BACK • Per habit: each habit you complete unlocks a chunk of screen time. • All habits first: clear your whole list before any selected app opens. PUT IN THE MINUTES Use timer verification for habits such as reading, studying, training, or practising. The session has to run; a quick tick is not enough. STAY HONEST • Streaks track every day you follow through. • Optional AI photo verification checks the evidence you submit for a habit. • Progress shows your completion history over time. YOUR SCREEN TIME DATA On iPhone, Broc uses Apple’s Screen Time controls to apply the blocks you choose. Apple keeps the identities of selected apps private from Broc, and Broc cannot see what you do inside them. Broc is a subscription with a 7-day free trial.
