The app ships with several breathing patterns covering techniques used for stress relief, focus, and winding down before sleep. Each pattern has its own timing ratios. You can pick whichever feels right for the moment, and the orb adapts its rhythm accordingly. Everything is stored locally on your device. There is no account, no sync, no server. Your session history and preferences stay on your phone. Settings let you choose between light, dark, or system theme, toggle haptic feedback for each phase transition, and pick a default starting tab so the app opens exactly where you want it.
