Store description excerpt
Brim is a water tracker with no charts and no scolding. Your day is a glass, and the water rises as you fill it. Tap what you drank — 250 ml, 500 ml, whatever you set — and the water rises to meet it. That's the whole interaction. One tap, one second, and the level is the answer. The screen is the readout. From arm's length you can see where you are without reading a number, because the waterline is the number. Digits are there when you want them, at the top, in a size you can read across a room. A faint dashed line marks where the day's clock has reached. If you're ahead of it, the line is underwater and you never see it. That's the only pacing signal in the app, and beating it means seeing nothing at all. Reminders stay quiet when you're ahead. Drink a large bottle and the next few nudges simply don't arrive. Reach your goal and they stop for the day. Choose the hours you're awake and how often you want checking in — gentle, steady, or often. A Home Screen widget shows today's level at a glance, with buttons to log a drink without opening the app. Ask Siri, too. History keeps every day you logged, with a daily average and a count of days you reached your goal. There are no streaks in Brim and there never will be — a missed day is not a punishment. Millilitres or fluid ounces. Five water colors. Seven languages. Your day can start at 4am rather than midnight, so a late glass counts where you'd expect. Your water stays on this iPhone. No account, no sign-up, and none of your drinking data ever leaves the device. Brim is free, and shows one ad a day — a single one, when you reach your goal, never while you're logging. One payment removes it for good. No subscription, ever. Brim counts what you tell it, against a number you chose. It doesn't give health advice and it never will. Built for iPhone.
