Store description excerpt

Apple reviewers usually just copy-paste whatever is in the main **Sign-In Information** fields (the top boxes with the username and password) and often completely ignore the text written in the **Notes** box below. Because your top boxes had `arjunbariya29@gmail.com` (which is your **Driver** login), the reviewer tried using those credentials on the app's login screen, which caused the login to fail. To fix this confusion and make it foolproof for the reviewer, you need to restructure the App Store Connect form so they don't have to guess. Here is how you should update your App Review Information: ### 1. Update the Main Sign-In Information Fields Since the reviewer will automatically grab whatever is in the top boxes, put your **Dispatcher** credentials there first (or whichever role you want them to test by default), and toggle the checkbox if needed. Alternatively, if your app has a role selection toggle or separate screens for Dispatcher and Driver, you must make that crystal clear. ### 2. Format the Notes Section Clearly App reviewers read the **Notes** section when they are confused, but it needs to be formatted with bold, unambiguous instructions so they don't mess it up. Rewrite your Notes box like this: ```text IMPORTANT: This app has two separate user roles (Dispatcher and Driver) with different login credentials. Please use the corresponding credentials below based on the role you are testing: [ FOR DISPATCHER LOGIN ] Email: testdispatcher@gmail.com Password: Dispatcher@12345 [ FOR DRIVER LOGIN ] Email: testdriver@gmail.com Password: Driver@12345 ``` *(Make sure to add the actual password for the driver account where noted above, as it wasn't fully visible in your current notes).* ### 3. Re-submit with a Clean Explanation In the Resolution Center message when you resubmit, add a polite, direct note for the reviewer: > *"Hello, apologies for the confusion on the previous review. Our app supports two distinct roles (Dispatcher and Driver). The default login fields tested previously used a Driver credential. Please refer to the updated App Review Notes where the separate Dispatcher and Driver credentials are now clearly labeled and separated."*
