Store description excerpt

The paddle does not mirror. It aims. Where the ball lands on the paddle decides the angle it leaves at — the centre sends it straight, the edges send it sharp. That one rule turns a rally from something you chase into a sequence of shots you choose. It is the only thing this game asks you to learn. HOW IT PLAYS - Drag anywhere to move the paddle, release to serve - Portrait, one hand - Catch the drops that fall from broken bricks WHAT IS IN IT - 28 hand-made stages. Beat them and the pack laps, one notch tougher each time - Five difficulty presets (Beginner / Easy / Normal / Hard / Expert) that really differ: ball speed, lives and brick toughness all change - Four power-ups — Multiball, Wide, Slow and Bonus - Checkpoints every four stages, unlocked by reaching them - A global leaderboard through Game Center - A score table for every difficulty, each split in two: a run that used an assist — a continue, a checkpoint start or a bought power-up — is ranked apart from an unassisted one, because if an assisted run could top the list the number would stop measuring how well you played LIVES AND COINS, PLAINLY - You hold up to 5 lives. One comes back every 15 minutes, whether the app is open or not - Coins buy a life, a full refill, a continue, a spare ball, or a power-up carried into your next run - Clearing a stage pays 25 coins, up to 150 a day. The daily bonus adds 100 to 500, growing with your streak - Coin packs are an optional in-app purchase, for when you would rather not wait NO ADS, NO TRACKING No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no account and no sign-in. Nothing about you is collected. Purchases and the leaderboard go through Apple; the game itself never learns who you are. READABLE AND REACHABLE - Brick toughness is shown by pips as well as colour, because roughly one man in twelve cannot tell the green from the yellow - The four drops each have their own silhouette, not just their own hue - Text scales with your system setting - Reduce Motion turns off screen shake and full-screen flashes - Every control has a VoiceOver label 33 languages, picked from your device language or chosen in settings.
