BreathePulse is a tactile breathing pacer. Choose a rhythm, start, and let gentle haptics guide each breath — no sound, no screen needed. Close your eyes and follow the pulse. Most breathing apps ask you to watch an animation. BreathePulse taps the rhythm straight into your hand: a rising pulse as you breathe in, a steady touch while you hold, a fading pulse as you breathe out. You can run a whole session with the screen off. THREE RHYTHMS • Box — 4-4-4-4. Breathe in, hold, out, hold. A balanced, grounding square. • Relaxing 4-7-8 (Pro) — a long, slow exhale to help you wind down. • Coherent (Pro) — an even 5.5 in, 5.5 out. Smooth and symmetrical. Box is free.
