Spotted a pothole, broken lighting, wild dump or any other utility problem? Take a photo, mark the location on the map and submit the application. Bravo forwards your applications to the competent city services. HOW IT WORKS: • Open the map and mark the location of the problem • Add a photo and a short description • Choose a category (lighting, roads, greenery, cleanliness...) • Submit your application with one click • Track the status of your application in real time FUNCTIONALITIES: • Interactive map with all reported problems • Address search for quick location • Push notifications about the status of your applications • Overview of all your applications in one place • Support for your neighborhood — sign up for notifications from your neighborhood • Voting for other citizens' applications WHY BRAVO: Bravo is the civic movement that works to improve the quality of life in Novi Sad. This application is free and was born out of the need to make the voice of citizens heard. Each application is forwarded to the authorities and followed up to resolution. Together we can make Novi Sad a better place to live. --- "Report a Problem" is not an official state application and does not represent the City of Novi Sad, the Republic of Serbia, or any other state body, public company or local self-government body. The application is not authorized to provide official services on behalf of any government authority.
