Your cuff gives you one number. BP Central turns those numbers into a record you can read. Log a reading in about ten seconds. Systolic, diastolic, pulse. Add context if you want. Which arm. Seated or standing. Time of day. Meds, coffee, exercise, stress. Then watch the picture build. FAST LOGGING Type your numbers and save. If systolic and diastolic look swapped, the app asks you to check. It offers to fix it. It never rejects a reading. INTERACTIVE TRENDS Tap any point on the chart to see that exact reading. Switch between 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all of it. PLAIN AVERAGES Average systolic, diastolic and pulse for the window you pick. Simple math on your own numbers. We do not read anything into them. COMPLETE HISTORY Every reading you save, in order, with the context you added. SHAREABLE BP SUMMARY Send a plain text summary through the share sheet. It lists your averages and readings for the dates you pick. Bring it to your next visit or send it to family. LEARN Seven short articles on blood pressure ranges and patterns. Each one names its source and links to it. Sources include the American Heart Association and the 2025 AHA/ACC guideline. NO ACCOUNT No sign up. No email address. No password. Nothing to remember.
