PLAN BACKWARD FROM GAME DAY Set a match date and the app builds a complete maintenance schedule in reverse — from final pre-match checks all the way back to long-term groundwork. The plan accounts for lead times, recovery periods, available maintenance days, and surface type. Move a match and the schedule rebuilds automatically. NATURAL AND SYNTHETIC SURFACES Create a field profile with dimensions, surface type, season, and available workdays. The app filters its task templates accordingly — natural grass gets mowing, seeding, and root zone work; synthetic surfaces get infill, brushing, and seam checks. Each surface type follows its own preparation logic. MATCH READINESS ENGINE The core engine generates tasks across three stages: long-term preparation, weekly maintenance, and final pre-match work. It checks for conflicts between tasks and matches, merges duplicate work when games are close together, and respects blackout periods when the field is unavailable. Tasks managed by the engine shift automatically when a match date changes. Tasks you pin to a fixed date stay put. PROBLEM ZONES Mark trouble spots directly on an interactive field diagram — worn patches, drainage issues, uneven areas. Each zone gets an attention level and a status. Active problem zones appear in your pre-match checklist so nothing is overlooked before game day. TASK MANAGEMENT Each task shows why it was created, which match it serves, and its current status. Mark tasks as completed, skip them with a reason, or reschedule manually. Completed and skipped tasks stay in history and are never altered by automatic rebuilds. MATCH CALENDAR All matches appear in a single calendar view with filters by status. Add, edit, reschedule, or cancel matches. Rescheduling triggers a plan rebuild that shows exactly how many tasks were moved, created, or removed. CARE HISTORY Browse all completed maintenance, inspections, and plan revisions. See what was done, when, and for which match. The history builds over time into a full record of field condition and preparation patterns. OPTIONAL NOTIFICATIONS Local reminders are available for upcoming tasks and deadlines. They are off by default and adjust automatically when match dates or task schedules change. No server or push infrastructure involved. NOT AN AGRONOMIC TOOL This app is an organizational planner, not an assessment of field safety, playing suitability, or turf health.
