Botcus for Android is the companion inbox for your Botcus account. Handle customer conversations from your phone while the heavy lifting stays on your desktop dashboard. IMPORTANT: This app requires an existing Botcus account (botcus.com) with a connected WhatsApp Business number. You cannot create an account from the app — sign up on the web first. WHAT YOU CAN DO ON MOBILE • Every conversation in one inbox — all of your connected business numbers together, with unread counts, search, and per-number color coding so you always know which line a customer reached. • Read the full thread — text, images, video, documents, voice notes and reactions, exactly as the customer sent them. • Reply in the moment — free-form replies inside the 24-hour customer service window, with photo, video, document and voice-note attachments, plus captions. • React and reply-to-message — the same threading your customers already see in WhatsApp. • Internal notes — leave context on a conversation for your teammates. Notes stay private to your team and never reach the customer. • Push notifications that behave — conversation notifications with an avatar, inline media previews, and Reply and Mark-as-read straight from the notification shade. • Contacts — browse the customers who have messaged your business numbers. • Analytics at a glance — message volume, delivery and read counts for the period you pick. • Light and dark themes, following your system setting by default. WHAT STAYS ON THE DESKTOP DASHBOARD Broadcasts, bots and flows, message templates, team management, deep analytics and billing all live on botcus.com. The app points you there rather than shipping a cut-down version of a workflow that deserves a full screen. BUILT FOR AGENTS Botcus is a WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) client. Your messages are delivered through your own WhatsApp Business account, from your own business numbers. There is no scraping, no unofficial bridge and no second device to keep plugged in. PRIVACY The app talks to the Botcus API over HTTPS with a Firebase-issued token. Conversation data is cached on the device so threads open instantly, and stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Device backup is disabled, so your customer conversations are never copied to Google Drive.
