Manage your business from one clear ledger: • See sales, stock cost, operating expenses, receivables, and net profit or loss on the dashboard. • Organize inventory with custom categories, measurement units, decimal quantities, packaging, low-stock tracking, and movement history. • Create multi-item sales and numbered invoices with installments, due dates, returns, refunds, and voids. • Send a prepared WhatsApp payment reminder using the customer's invoice number and current balance. • Manage suppliers, purchases, payments, payables, purchase returns, and buying-price history. • Record expenses with custom categories, recurring details, vendor and account information, notes, and receipt images. • Track cash, bank, and wallet accounts, transfers, opening balances, daily closing, and reconciliation. • Search business records, save filters, review activity history, and receive local reminders. • Generate invoice and report PDFs or export expense records as CSV. • Choose your preferred currency symbol and use light, dark, or system appearance. Your ledger stays local: Booksy stores business records in private app storage on your device. There is no Booksy login, remote business database, or automatic cloud synchronization. Files leave the app only when you choose an export, share action, file destination, printing service, or WhatsApp hand-off. Receipt images can be viewed, replaced, removed, and deleted with their expense. Booksy is built for practical daily bookkeeping, clear financial meaning, and reliable local records.
