BookIt Manager is for sports venue owners. It is the companion app to BookIt, where players find and book courts near them. If you are looking to book a court to play, download BookIt instead — this app is for running a venue. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See every booking for the day on one screen, with the customer's name, court, time slot and payment status. Tap any booking for the full details, including how much was paid online and how much is due at the venue. TAKE BOOKINGS AT THE COUNTER Walk-in customers are still your customers. Add a booking directly from the app, choose the court and slot, and it appears alongside your online bookings so your calendar stays accurate. MANAGE YOUR COURTS Add each court or turf with its own hourly rate and capacity. Tag them with the sports they can be used for — cricket, football, badminton, pickleball, gym and more — so players can find you when they filter by the sport they want to play. SET YOUR OPENING HOURS Tell BookIt when you open and close, and players can only book inside those hours. If you run late into the night, closing after midnight is supported. BLOCK OUT TIME Close for maintenance, a tournament, a festival or a private event. Block a whole day or a few hours, for one court or the entire venue, and those slots stop being bookable straight away. KNOW WHAT YOU EARNED Earnings summaries for any date range, split between online and offline bookings so you can see where your business is coming from. Track your payouts and keep your bank details up to date for settlements. INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS Get a notification the moment a booking is made, so you always know what is coming. No refreshing, no waiting. SIGN IN WITH YOUR PHONE No passwords to remember. Sign in with the mobile number registered to your venue and a one-time code.
