BookingSolved checks your work hours, your typical appointment length, and the events already in your Calendar, then prepares a reply with useful available times. If a requested time is busy, it prepares alternatives instead of a conflict. HANDLE CHANGES WITHOUT REBUILDING "Can we do an hour later?" is matched to the existing appointment. You see exactly what will move before you approve, details stay intact, and the confirmation reply is copied.
