Log events quickly from the home screen, with optional details such as timing, sleep context, urgency, leakage, amount, and Bristol stool type. Review history, edit or delete entries, and explore trends over selected date ranges. Trends include: • Urination and bowel movement averages • Logged-day coverage • Wake-up averages and counts • Longest and average urine gaps • Daily, weekly, monthly, and hourly views • CSV and JSON export for your own records Your records remain stored locally on your device. The app has no advertising, analytics, or automatic health-data synchronization. An optional feedback form is available separately and does not attach your event history or database.
