By empowering residents to report emergencies, concerns, and community issues, the app strengthens transparency, accountability, and collaboration at the local level. It also features dedicated support for sectoral groups, including Gender and Development (GAD), Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and victims of Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), ensuring that vulnerable sectors are included and protected in every response.
