Blurt is a talking game for a group. Pass the phone around a campfire, a dinner table, or the back seat of a car. It needs no signal, no account and no setup. THREE WAYS TO PLAY I describe — you hold the phone and talk around the word without saying it. Everyone else shouts guesses. I guess — you hold the phone facing out and never see the word. The group describes it to you. Tap anywhere for a point. Tap the bar along the bottom to pass. Every tap flashes a full-screen call, so the room knows what happened. I act — charades. No talking at all. 7,200 PHRASES, 56 DECKS Around Camp. Animals. Food & Drink. Movies & TV. Music. Sports & Games. Places. Travel & Cars. People & Jobs. School. Holidays. Nature & Weather. Famous Characters. Books & Words. And a block aimed squarely at the grown-ups: 90s Catchphrases, 90s Ad Slogans, 90s Toys & Games, 90s Fashion & Fads, 90s Movies & TV, 90s Music, 90s Tech. Every mode also has an Everything deck that draws from all of them, so a round starts without anyone choosing a theme. Each round is dealt shuffled. KIDS CAN PLAY TOO Flip the Kids switch and the decks change to 628 simple words across 13 categories. Every one carries a picture, so a child who cannot read yet plays by looking. The picture is always the thing itself, never a stand-in. Mid-round, the Kid word button pulls one easy word with its picture for whoever just got the phone. The next word goes back to the grown-up deck. Nobody has to sit out. BUILT FOR A REAL ROOM Turn the phone sideways and the word gets the full width, so it reads across a fire or propped on a log. Swipe the card right to score it, left to skip. Switch category in the middle of a round without losing your score. Turn the timer on only if you want one. NO CATCHES No accounts. No ads. No purchases inside the app. No network. Nothing leaves your phone.
