Blaze Tempo is a focused interval timer built for high-intensity interval training. No account needed, no internet connection required — everything runs locally on your device. You set the work duration, rest duration, number of rounds, and the timer takes over. The interface is straightforward: build a custom interval session, start it, and let the timer guide you through each phase. Each session can be configured with different work and rest lengths and a round count that suits your training level. Phase transitions are clear and immediate. The active phase is always visible at a glance, with the remaining time displayed prominently. Vibration feedback removes the need to glance at your phone mid-rep.
