Store description excerpt

Bite of Balance is the client app for Bite of Balance diet clinic. Your dietitian builds your personalised plan during your visit, this app puts it in your pocket for the rest of the week. Please note: this app requires an account provided by the clinic. It is not a general-purpose calorie counter and cannot be used without a dietitian-issued account. My day Work through today's meals as a simple checklist. Tick off each item, watch your calories fill up as you go, and mark the day complete when you're done. Ate something off plan? Had an ice cream, or a beer with friends? Search for it, scan its barcode, or enter it by hand, and the app works out which items to skip so your day still balances. You'll see exactly how close you stayed to your targets. Food swaps Plan says chicken, but you'd rather have tuna? Swap any item for a calorie-matched alternative and see the macro comparison instantly - green when it's a close match, amber when it drifts, red when it's worth checking with your dietitian first. My plan Your full seven-day plan, meal by meal, with portions in the measures you actually use - a cup, a slice, a spoonful. Progress Weight, body fat and fat-free mass charted over time, taken straight from your clinic measurements. Appointments See your next appointment, get a reminder the day before, and cancel from the app up to 24 hours ahead. Your plan is written by your dietitian, not by an algorithm. Bite of Balance simply keeps it with you between visits.
