Birmingham Council Transport is an innovative app designed for approved and registered users to manage and track their shifts and journeys. The app’s simple intuitive interface lets drivers sign in and out of shifts, view daily shift information, report on and manage their journeys, use call and chat functions and link directly with devices satellite navigation. Public users are able to book and track their journeys, see critical information, for example driver and vehicle profile and manage their journeys and requests.
