The voice of the street pointed; "If there was a TV, if everyone had a voice" While launching 'birtv', we listened to the street, therefore to the public, to our target audience. Yes; It should have been bi'tv and it should have been everyone's. We had to provide an indiscriminate 'polyphony'. We designed our broadcast content and flow with journalists and experts in their fields with this ideal. Blending the hot agenda of the city and the region with the national agenda; not only the rulers, but also the people, with a perspective that embraces current issues, curiosity and all dynamic segments in all political, economic, social and cultural fields; members, not just representatives; In short, we are excited to realize a television that everyone can find themselves.
