This app calculates your personal biorhythm based on your date of birth and helps you use it as a daily guide for your lifestyle. What is Biorhythm? Biorhythms are made up of three cycles: Physical (23 days), Emotional (28 days), and Intellectual (33 days). These cycles begin at birth and continuously rise and fall, reaching peaks and troughs along the way. The days when a cycle switches from high to low (or low to high) are called “Critical Days.” On these days, your mind and body may be unstable, making you more prone to mistakes or accidents. If all three cycles fall on a critical day, it’s best to take extra care, stick to light tasks, or simply rest. How to Use Main Screen Top: Shows your name, birthday, and days since birth Middle: Displays your biorhythm graph and menu options to manage users Bottom: Shows numerical biorhythm values for the selected date and surrounding days Function Buttons User: Add, edit, or delete users Change Date: Check your biorhythm for a specific date Today: Reset the date back to today User List Screen Add: Tap the Add User button in the top-right corner Edit: Tap a user and select Edit Delete: Tap a user and select Delete Notes The biorhythm data shown in this app is for reference only and may not reflect your actual physical or mental condition.
