Send us an email at hello@billyapp.id if you're interested in an English version! --- Billy is an expense management app for groups. It allows you to record expenses and reimbursements in one centralised place, and it allows you to view how much money you (or your group members) are still owed. Have you ever had to ask for your money back from friends? Do you know which of your friends still owe you money? When did they even transfer your money back? Did you even agree to that expense? Managing expenses is hard, primarily because everyone seems to always have their own versions of the story. You don't have to use Billy - you can always send each other receipts through instant messaging apps like WhatsApp. If this works for you, great! For us though, we'd always lose track of our expenses since we'd be mixing random banter with expense tracking. Billy also comes with a feature that no other app seems to have: the ability to top-up your group members' balances and implicitly assign a pile of cash for them to use. You can put money onto your group members' balances without any corresponding expenses, so that they can use that money to pay for their expenses without the hassle of asking for your approval. Billy is a great fit for you if you: - need to provide financial support for people, such as parents wanting to record their kids' pocket money. - run a business where your employees have to purchase stuff, such as F&B owners whose employees purchase raw ingredients. - have employees who are allotted an "expense budget", such as a sales team with their "dining-out with the customers" budget. In the next few months, we're looking into developing advanced features for pro users, such as the ability to export your expenses into an Excel-compatible format (CSV), and to connect Billy with bank accounts.
