LIVE RIDE SCREEN See your current interval, a countdown, an upcoming-steps preview, and color-coded tiles for power, target watts, cadence, speed, and distance. Connect any standard Bluetooth heart rate strap (Garmin, Wahoo, Polar) and the heart-rate tile lights up by zone in real time — fully custom zones you set yourself, not someone else's numbers. AUTO-PAUSE If you coast or step off the bike, the ride auto-pauses after a few seconds and picks back up the moment you start pedaling again — no fumbling with your phone mid-workout. STRAVA, ONE TAP Sign in to Strava once. After that, every ride's summary screen has a "Log ride to Strava" button that uploads your activity directly — no exporting files, no share sheet. EXPORT ANYWHERE ELSE Every ride is also recorded and exported as a standard .tcx file via the share sheet, so you can send it to Garmin Connect, TrainingPeaks, or anywhere else that reads TCX.
