At month end, send your accountant a password-protected report link in one tap, with every receipt ready for Excel and accounting software. Built for freelancers, small businesses and teams in Türkiye that work with an external accountant. No more "where are the receipts?" How it works 1. Take a photo of the receipt, or pick a batch from your gallery. 2. AI extracts the vendor, date, receipt number, VAT rates and total; you review and confirm. 3. Tap Send to Accountant and share the report link over WhatsApp or email. Accountant handoff • Password-protected report link: your accountant sees every receipt without access to your account • Excel download, plus a CSV your accounting software can import • Your accountant marks receipts as processed • Replace the link any time; the old one stops working immediately VAT handled the Turkish way • 1%, 10% and 20% VAT amounts broken out • Reclaimable VAT summary with period totals, ready for your VAT return Never counts a receipt twice • The same photo can't be uploaded twice • A receipt with identical details is flagged as a duplicate and the credit you spent is refunded Bulk upload and Telegram • Select dozens of receipts from your gallery at once and watch progress live • Send a photo to your company's Telegram bot and the receipt is filed automatically Reports • Anomaly alerts when your spending with a vendor jumps • A list of your recurring expenses • Monthly receipt trend For teams and accountants • Multi-user accounts: team members upload their own receipts, admins see them all • My Sales: photograph and keep your end-of-day (Z) POS reports • A web portal for accountants who look after several companies • Optional daily reminder at 8 pm Free and Premium The free plan processes 50 receipts every month without using credits; the allowance renews at the start of each month.
